The care given to my mum was excellent. The staff were so caring, supportive, friendly, understanding and so very professional. They are all so wonderful, this includes the whole team at trinity in all areas. The support given to me is fantastic they all really understand.
So caring and friendly it is a privilege to know them. Trinity is excellent.

Jane Lever in particular was supportive, informative, compassionate and thorough during our meetings in person and on the phone.
Her help was invaluable and consistent.
Suggested improvements
Hospice at home was quite confusing. Wasn’t sure exactly when we could utilise this service. Sometimes reading the information pack is near impossible when dealing with a crisis and retaining the info is difficult. A verbal conversation explaining exactly what happens, when and with whom would be more helpful. A list of useful numbers including out of hours etc all in one place.

I gave these answers on behalf of my late father who was cared for in the hospice in June. Not only was he given the greatest care possible, with dignity and respect, the whole family were also. As dads carer, I was praised for how well I had done with his care and they told me that now it was their turn to do the caring and for me to spend quality time with dad 24/7, which I did.
All questions were answered (and we had many) and nothing was too much trouble. My dad said it was like being in a first class all inclusive hotel by with the care of angels!
Not only did this apply to being a resident it also applies to the hospice at home team also. They always treated dad as if he was their own and knew exactly what he and we needed. Thankyou is not a big enough word for what we feel about the whole service and services provided. You are a Godsend to all the family at a time of great emotion and need. Dads final journey before he passed away was truly peaceful and filled with love from everyone involved in his care.
Suggested improvements
Absolutely cannot fault the services.

I really enjoyed the meeting when Claire and lyn originally came to see me. Together with the follow up calls from pain to see how I am doing on a monthly basis.

Mum in care home, son did not have much contact with trinity nurses. Son did say that trinity nurses did treat mum with respect. Dignity family happy with the care received.
